Bill has an MBA from the University of Hartford and has worked in PCB sales from the early 1980’s. In the 1990’s he focused on sales to the booming automotive industry. Patricia Randol
Office Manager
Pat began her office career many years ago, offering support in Actuarial, Regulatory Compliance, Executive Assistance and now Customer Service Areas, always highly detailed and efficient. She joined Cambridge America in 2002, part-time and responsibilities grew along with the company until promoted to Office Manager in 2008. Contact Pat

Joette Thomas-Ward
Customer Service – Quoting
Joette came to Cambridge America in 2004 as an office assistant and moved up quickly to CSR. After several years, Joette moved over to the quoting desk and now is the Quote Team Leader. Joette is an avid Yankees fan and full time mom.

Michael Dodd
Mike Dodd joined Cambridge America in 2008. His previous experience includes 25 years in the PCB industry as a Product Manager, Manufacturing Manager, and finally as a Plant Manager of a high volume PCB manufacturer. He studied Manufacturing Engineering at the University of Bridgeport and University of New Haven.


Melissa Kostandin
Office Assistant
Melissa has recently joined the customer service team. She is finishing her business degree at Southern Ct State University. Melissa checks in the daily inbound freight from FedEx, UPS and our international freight forwarders and coordinates the outbound shipments to our customers.

Derek Catugal
Derek manages the warehouse equipment and local Just In Time (JIT) deliveries to our clients. He works with the customer service reps to insure that each delivery is correct and on time.
